1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mmbet platform ("Platform") and all services provided under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between mmbet ("we", "our") and the user ("you", "your").

3. Age Verification & Protection of Minors

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into mmbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, wagering requirements must be met.
• If any unusual transaction is detected, mmbet may hold the withdrawal and request further information.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive up to 150% on their first deposit, with a maximum bonus of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus can only be received once and cannot be claimed again through multiple accounts.
• There is a time limit for using the bonus — wagering requirements must be met within the time stated on the offer page.
• mmbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• mmbet may change, suspend, or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mmbet platform, and if they occur, the account may be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for an unfair advantage.

• Accessing another person's account, or selling or transferring an account.
• Attacking the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

mmbet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If identity verification fails.
• Upon legal instruction or at the request of authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the available balance will be returned, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

mmbet strives to provide a smooth service to the best of its ability. However, mmbet will not be held liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or issues with the user's device.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service outages due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or cyber attacks).

Under no circumstances will mmbet's total liability exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made to the relevant account.
